We offer classes for beginners and intermediate riders.

- All classes are held on Saturday & Sunday from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Motorcycle provided
- Qualifies graduates for insurance premium discounts with some motorcycle insurers.
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to enroll; however, if you cannot attend class due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us and we can arrange for you to take the course at a later date.

Beginner's Class (Level I)—$250
This 2-day class is for the beginning rider, ages 16 and up, and for those with less than 2-years riding experience. This class teaches practical riding skills that emulates the police course taught to police motor officers nation-wide.
Students learn straight-line riding, turning, shifting and stopping. You'll gradually progress to counter-steering and emergency braking. Students will gain the confidence necessary for encountering hazards on the street.
Intermediate Class (Level II)—$250
This class is for those who have completed Level I or have at least 2 years riding experience. In this class, you will have smaller cone patterns, speeds increase, different maneuvers and more intensive exercises.
Advanced (Level III)—$250
Prerequisite for this class is Level II

Students Must Bring
- D.O.T. approved helmet
- Boots or shoes that cover the ankles (boots preferred)
- Full-fingered gloves
- Shirt with long sleeves or jacket
- Eye protection (sun glasses, prescription or helmet with face shield)
- Long pants, preferably denim

R.I.D.E. staff instructors have over 100 years of combined Police Motorcyle riding and have trained over 1,000 police officers nationwide.
